Not on the airbnb platform? We can effectively help you to create a fantastic listing.

We’re always on the lookout for new properties to further compliment our collection. We can take care of the marketing of your beloved beach getaway, city abode or countryside escape! by looking after the booking process from start to finish!

  • Handling guests enquiries in a professional, timely and friendly manner

  • Taking deposits, booking payments and bond payments

  • Return of bond payment to guests (or in the event of damage to the property, withholding those payments for repairs, replacement or additional cleaning as per bond conditions until you the owner notify us that everything is great!

  • Arranging check in/checkout (if this is something that you the owner would like)

  • Looking after online listings and updating availability as required

  • Marketing your property via our online channels — website, Airbnb, Facebook, Instagram

  • We can assist with arranging professional imagery of your property

  • Essentially anything that takes the hassle out of managing your beachside property!

We do not manage any cleaning of your property, we know there are many of you that enjoy the day to day cleaning of your property or have the capacity to find and manage your own cleaners. This is a cost saving measure for you as well as you being in full control of the care and maintenance of your own property.

We simply take the work out of successfully marketing your property, confirming all bookings, receiving all payments and then after the guest has checked out promptly transferring the booking payment to you the owner!
